Welcome to BsAP (Build Share And Play), a digital museum and game platform for toy builders. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BsAP platform (www.bsaplay.com), including the virtual museum, game features, donation program, and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on BsAP. Children under 18 may use the platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on their behalf. In compliance with COPPA and applicable child protection laws, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verified parental consent.
3. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BsAP is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of any photos and content you upload to BsAP. By uploading content, you grant BsAP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the virtual museum and across the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BsAP to: upload offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content; impersonate any person or entity; harass, bully, or threaten other users; scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems; or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the service.
6. Donation Program
The BsAP donation program allows users to voluntarily offer physical LEGO sets to other builders. BsAP facilitates the matching between donors and recipients but does not take possession of, inspect, or ship any donated items. BsAP is not responsible for the condition, completeness, authenticity, or delivery of donated sets. All arrangements for shipping and transfer are made directly between the matched users. Participation in the donation program is entirely voluntary.
7. Game Features
BsAP includes game features such as experience points (XP), levels, medals, trophies, and statues. These virtual rewards are designed for entertainment purposes only and hold no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash, goods, or services. BsAP reserves the right to modify the game system, including XP calculations and reward thresholds, at any time.
8. AI-Generated Content
BsAP uses artificial intelligence to generate illustrations and other visual content based on user uploads. These AI-generated images are created automatically and may not perfectly represent the original build. BsAP makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or completeness of AI-generated content. AI-generated illustrations are provided as a creative complement to user uploads.
9. Intellectual Property
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies. BsAP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. All LEGO set data, including set numbers, names, themes, and part counts, is sourced from publicly available databases. The BsAP name, logo, and original platform content are the property of BsAP and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BsAP and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
11. Termination
BsAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any content you have uploaded may be retained or deleted at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
